- WhatsApp, phone and email: the details you share when you contact us through these channels.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) needed to run and secure the website.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and offers, and provide our products and services. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your request (steps prior to a contract), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where required, your consent — in accordance with the applicable data protection law of the Republic of Albania and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Third-party services
- Google Maps: the embedded map is provided by Google and may set cookies or collect usage data when it loads.
- Instagram: our Instagram feed and links are provided by Meta Platforms.
- WhatsApp: messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and then delete it unless we are legally required to keep it longer (for example, for accounting records).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@carsistanbulalbania.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
